Admitting Order: Obtain admitting orders from the ABHU psychiatrist/Nurse practitioner ONLY.(FYI: only the ABHU psychiatrist/NP can give order for admission for this unit irrespective of the E.D. doctor's determination to admit); RCH E.D. Admit: Fax the admission orders to registration to transfer patient EMR to ABHU before the patient's discharge from the ER to ABHU (the patient has to be admitted to ABHU prior to their arrival on the unit); Direct Admit: Instruct the ambulance to stop by registration and submit the patient's paperwork for registration before the patient arrives on the unit;
